Workout of the Week – Jumping Rope and Bear Crawls

Jumping rope and Bear Crawls are a couple of serious exercises that will build a athletic body in a record time. Try to do this workout in 15 minutes. First walk off 5 yards, mark it with a couple of cones. Jump rope 100 times - Bear Crawl 5 yards run back and repeat the Bear Crawls 10 times non stop this is one round. Then back to the jump rope and repeat the above workout for 5 rounds. When finished you will have jumped rope 500 times and did 50 - 5 yd Bear Crawls. Try it with a 15 minute time limit.
