Here’s a workout that you can do that will super-charge your metabolism
burn fat and build strength all you need is a jump rope and a place to do
pullups.
In this workout I used a towel for my pullups. Using a towel will build
hand and finger strength. I threw the towel over a 4×4 and used the
4×4 for finger tip pullups and used a alternating hand position to work
the muscles from different angles.
The workout: skip rope 25 times- drop the rope do 1 pullup try
for 50 sets total 1,250 rope jumps – 50 pullups and finish off
with 100 pushups. Non – stop
Simple workout, tougher then it sounds.
You don’t need a ton of equipment to get effective workouts.
